Refine 'shipment' interface, plus address any issues in v2.3.5

integrate server-side-processing for DataTables widget
enhance/refine shipping fulfillment interface
add multiple shipment package support
continue to enhance bootstrap3 views, esp. in ecommerce
continue to clean up (make work) existing ecommerce features
begin integration for Bootstrap v4 (scss support already integrated)
begin moving to new calendar logic
- use php locale for days, months, etc..
- add external calendar data caching
- add multi-day events/'fullcalendar' support
- add event->find() logic dealing with events
