Well, we've switched to allow forms to dictate what data we collect on an event registration, but the 'total registered' is now being counted as those registrations in the cart instead of those purchased.

Need to match up orders w/ invoice # to confirm the order is complete (like we did before). Most likely we'll use a new model method to perform this since we do it often and we have two variations (w/ form table & w/ no user input/no form)
