Some recommendations for features/fixes in the event registration module

need the 'total registered' to be tallied dynamically or ensure it's always updated when the number registered changes either by an order, or manually added or deleted
not require a payment, but flag it as needing to pay on check-in which would be flagged/included on the 'roster' export (order_status?)
have 'no shipping' items/orders set to a different status...maybe this would tie in w/ previous note
need to sort events by date & time, not just date (used to be only time sans date)
