Bug: Forms module doesn't pull in default info from site form
Reported by dleffler | February 15th, 2013 @ 12:27 AM | in 2.1.2 (closed)
This is considered a bug since it doesn't follow it's intended design, however, the code was never completed.
A new form module should pull in defaults from the site form (which acts as the template. We should either do this when changing the selected form or by a 'button' on the module configuration settings, in either case, the data would be pulled in via ajax

Furthermore, we need to cascade the 'save form data to database' setting so that if it's set in the module, it automatically gets set in the form itself. And as a reminder, once this is turned on, it can't be turned off.

Thinking the best approach may be to assign the form using the 'manage forms' view using an 'activate' column for module form selection
