Bug: expPaginator paginates all modules to new page number

Since we use the $_REQUEST variable to determine the page number, EVERY module on the page gets paginated to the new page (e.g., sidebar, etc...).
We probably should pass the 'page' in the specific expPaginator::__construct() call...that way it only paginates the requested module.
