Documentation: e-Commerce, Event Registration, & Donations modules
Reported by dleffler | July 27th, 2012 @ 12:37 AM | in 2.3.1 (closed)
There is no documentation on settinp up or using the e-commerce module. This could be implemented by either using the docs site or incorporating more intuitive language (a wizard?) into the dialogs/views.

Recent eCommerce updates make this more feasible, esp with the 'activate ecommerce' site configuration setting tab. Will initially place some 'how to get ecommerce up and running' steps/links on that tab (like we do with some of the other tabs such as reCaptcha, etc...)

'Getting e-Commerce up and running' is now a checklist w/ links on the e-Commerce tab of site configuration. Though it's NOT full-fledged documentation, it's a start...

We'll include all the e-Commerce modules. Have started some shells of help items on the docs site.

We've added help docs for all the e-Commerce related menu items...though they are not fully detailed (yet?)

- Milestone set to 2.3.1
The docs for v2.3.1 e-Commerce have become pretty well developed at this point. Though they could use a lot more work, they are usable.
