Bug: categories and tags being added to search index

While it may sound appropriate, we don't want the actual category or tag in the search index, we want the items with that category/tag, but we'll do this dynamically instead of storing it in the index.

The does NOT occure during a spider search reindex, so must be occuring when we add/save tags/categories.
