Bug: secondary views (by tag, dates, etc) don't always work or display what they are

In the modules that currently use tags (blog, filedownload, portfolio) we don't always provide a legitimate link or page title when going to secondary views like:
- clicking on a tag name
- should be able to click on an author name and bring up all post by author
The blog module is more robust in implementing these features, but...
