Feature request: Add site logo to site configuration

It might be nice to use site configuration to set the site logo. It could then be referenced by the theme(s).
Might also use some code to auto-create (or offer to create) a favicon from that using code like http://bgallz.org/488/php-favicon-generator-script/ or http://www.phpro.org/examples/Create-Favicon-With-Imagick.html
