Investigate updating MagpieRSS library and moving away from old school implementation

This is the library to PULL in rss feeds. We have 0.52 in the repo with 0.72 being the latest available version. The only reference is in the old school rssfeed (old school) datatype and we also hold a tmp folder (tmp/rsscache) for it.
