Feature request: change ajax page loading view

Perhaps we need to NOT replace the entire module content with a 'loading' indicator, then put the new page in it...INSTEAD leave the current module/page in place, place the 'loading' indicator somewhere else (maybe where the user clicked or the title) and then replace the old content with the new content.
