Upgrade: Twitter API

For the twitterController we have been using the twitter api found here https://github.com/tijsverkoyen/TwitterOAuth which hasn't been updated in quite some time (but still works). For the new socialfeedController, we use the twitter-api-php found here https://github.com/J7mbo/twitter-api-php, but it's not as simple to use. It would be best is we used a maintained single library, of which there are many.
