Upgrade: Facebook PHP SDK v5 vs v4 or v3

We currently use the Facebook v3.2.3 library for our facebookController to post new items, the new socialfeedController uses the v4.0.23 library, however the v5.1.2 library is the most current. The biggest problem is the api is much different between these versions and several local attempts to update the code result in 'token' problems which prevent it from working.
