Feature request: update store sample database

Though we've added a few views to the store sample, we should probably add:
- sample discount by promo code (must verify the discounts are working...apply to entire order/shipping)
- product ratings
- sample order(s) variety with various past actions/statuses?
- sample shipping option(s) (by item or by weight)?
