Bug: Changing password removes admin/super-admin status

When an admin or super-admin changes passwords online, they will have their admin & super-admin status set to zero/0. This will NOT be reflected until they log out and try to log back in since we cache the user record. It is not known if this also affects other users which are required to receive and email resetting their password in order to change it.
