Bug: Comment 'reply to' doesn't work if more than one comment block on page

Though until now we'd never have more than one comment block per page, it may be possible/desired. HOWEVER, the code in showComment.tpl is written for the unique id's of #body and #parent_id which will occur in each new comment entry form.
