Feature request: add event registration quantity 0 = unlimited

Currently there is a hard limit to the number of total event registrations and a zero/0 quantity essentially disables the event (no seats). Since we also can disable the event via its status, quantity zero would be better used as 'no limit' or 'undefined' to number of seats.
