Bug: Bootstrap v2 and v3 scripts tend to clobber each other

If you load both the bootstrap v2 & v3 script (dropdown or collapse, etc...) they tend to cancel out each other. Don't seem to generate any console errors, the menus just don't work. The easiest/best fix may be to add a 'bootstrap' loader as we do with jquery/addons which chooses the correct folder/filename based on current framework?
