Feature request: Add LDAP authentication

Add/activate LDAP user authentication option. Already stubbed in, but the user interface will be disabled in 2.2.0. Currently working with MS Servers. May want to add a LDAP user update function/command to update the Exp user table with current data on the LDAP server since we only pull it in when the LDAP user is initially logged in/created.
