re-worked how style variations work. adding new directories in
your theme prepended with "css_" will show up in the theme manager
as a style variation. Example: a directory names css_Red can be
populated with stylesheets, which are loaded on the page AFTER
whatever files are in your default css directory, allowing for
style overrides. Additionally, adding a config_Red.php can be added
to the theme, which will be used when the "Red" theme variation is
selected.
