Fixes some possibly broken code, expRecord->find() method
'bytag' & 'bycat' now functional with id or title parameter,
expRecord now uses tablename property instead of 'table' which may
not always be set, simplepoll-timeblock model created to simplify
module, table definition of string now defaults to 'text' instead
of an error, showByTags() method fixed (even though it's
deprecated)
