Fixes a bad problem with some upgrade scripts where we'd clobber
our user & group permissions (for the module being upgraded)
because it's difficult to do a straight $db->updateObject if the
table doesn't have an 'id' field. We had fixed this earlier with
the navigationController, but started out with that bad code for
the eventController & formsController
