Moves action and view selection and module title editing to the
module configurations settings so it's all in one place, removes
the 'Configure Action & View' chrome menu item since it's all
handled under 'Configure Settings', also removes 'view specific'
configuration tab since it's now automatically placed on the new
'module' tab which replaces the 'module title' tab [#845
