Marks several 'controls' and smarty 'plugins' for deprecation,
primarily because they are not used and/or missing js files, or are
based on YUI2; controls: antispam (old style), config, contact,
list, masmail, nextback, quantity (replaced by html5 number) ,
& yuieditor; plugins: prod_images, yuimenu, & yuimenubar
