Attempts to use better algorithm for thumbnail sizes in
photoalbum & attached file display by using far (force aspect
ratio) instead of zc (zoom crop), also implements title/alt for
graphics, & forces display as jpeg since we now default to png
for thumbnails to preserve transparency [#617]
