Tweaks to install/upgrade process.
Better handles a missing conf/config.php by taking you through the
entire installation routine instead of dropping out after entering
the database connection info.
Better handles missing admin username, matching passwords, and
valid email.
Clears warning thrown about DISPLAY_THEME_REAL not being
defined.
Cleans up broken install tables report on installation.
Adds default server name & table prefix to migration database
config screen.
