Updates smarty icon plugin to be more intuitive making it much
simpler to put the edit & delete icons in a view such as {icon
action=delete record=$text} now fills in the text & title with
'Delete this $modelname item' and adds the onclick phrase of 'Are
you sure you want to delete this $modelname item?'. Also adds the
missing getcontrollername modifier used by the recycle bin
