Update expHtmlToPDF subsystem to prepare for html2pdf engine
option (still need to work out html2pdf configuration/setup
issues), correct some possible issues when making calls to other
engines to change orientation, paper size, etc.., where we wern't
saving the new setting to our object properties [#1353]
