extends core bootstrap functionality:
when setting the framework session variable, it now compares it to
the header parameter to see if it's different and re-sets it if
so.
if framework is bootstrap, exponent will look for a *.bootstrap.tpl
file before falling back to the non-bootstrap view.
also including a couple form controls and some bootstrapped
views.
