Moves 'container' elements to theme templates for bootstrap3
based themes to help prevent nested 'container' elements which can
cause problems...(rows & cols can be easily nested); also
removed lingering 'container' class from navigation showall flyout
sidebar view since 'container' is reserved/special within twitter
bootstrap
