Categories now migrated, adds new sorting options to portfolio,
filedownloads, & news, adds object sort method to expSorter,
initial stub for categories w/ faq & links (needs views),
Tons of updates to migration; added select all/none to screens,
migrates most module & view configuration settings, better
reused module migration now with configuration settings, news tags
now migrated, plus some other stuff [#145] [#522 #504 #503 #531 #533 state:resolved]
