Fixes a number of issues related to ecommerce: now displays
product parent/child links above edit product tabs for easier
navigation; prevents product quantity being set below zero after
order submitted; adds some shipping calculator methods to get
calculator names; improves store config merging and precidence;
sets a history bit for some 'manage' views
