Fixes new jquery datetime picker when in 'inline' mode so it
sets the new displayed date instead of always requiring the actual
day of the month be clicked to actually choose the date. This make
it more intuitive when using the prev/next/home-today/month/year
selectors; also fixes a couple of {exp_include} code lines
