Should fix issue where user profile info isn't updated after
they edit their own account. Should also fix a potential problem
where the user creating a new account might pick up the new
accounts group permissions, esp if they are a non-admin user.
However only admin users can edit other accounts, so...this is
trivial. [#457 state:resolved]
