Initial implementation of a free-form menu item, currently only
functional on the Mega menu/Navigation view...adds a new
'Free-form' page/menu type which embeds a container as a menu item
which may hold any number/type of modules; also adds a new
showmodule smarty function to display module actions/views just as
if they were hardcoded [#788]
