Fixes some issues/quirks with filedownload items; removes page
warnings when assoc. file has been deleted (filedownload item
should still exist until deleted itself), changes file/preview
limit to '1' since we only work with the first file/preview, moves
'Files' tab to main edit tab like photoalbum since we can only have
one of each
