Now allows optional rss feed/podcast author and album image
selection (instead of hard-coded to item editor's name and
/theme/images/logo.png); also uses mp3 ID3 tags to set podcast item
author and subtitle (from mp3 comments); mp3file now returns
duration with hours if track longer than 60 minutes [#1174
