Changes to migrationController operation
1-Now migrates group-membership, also migrates users &
groups by id instead of creating a new id#. Can now delete all
existing groups or all existing users.
2-Adds checkbox column on several migration screens to force
replacing existing user/group, page, or content type. Can also now
selectively delete existing content types instead of all or
none.
3-Does more error checking in instances where no items are checked
or to prevent duplicate migration
