Adds user selectable module style settings to module
configuration to help emphasize individual modules; borders,
background, and visibility; visibility style classes
(hidden/visible) are already defined within bootstrap2/3; sample
border & background styles are easily implemented and added to
the bootstraptheme and bootstrap3theme stample themes [#1341
