Various update, changes some ecommere views/actions to use
non-segmented names which tend to confuse the parser, moved snippet
highlighted view to a 2nd view of showall instead of a separate
action/view, adds showlogin_flyout using jQuery in addition to the
showlogin_flyoutYUI which uses YUI.
