Feature request - Add a lightbox event display for pulled events

Currently, we only display local events in lightbox (optionally). Might be nice to also display the pulled in ical, etc... events in a similar fashion.
FWIW, this will NOT appliy to event registrations since we need a lot more javascript backend than should be displayed in the ajax popup
