Feature request - Add article reply in lieu of comment

Implement a checkbox to send an email to the author (article or comment in case of nested comments) INSTEAD of posting the entry as a comment. Probably would entail some javascript to change the label above the body (kinda what we're already doing now with nested comment replys)
