Bug: Need better handling of being past last page situations

When you page past the end of the paged list (not easy to do except by typing in a large page number url, or deleting the last item on that page) you might experience the following:
- end up on a page with no items, last page plus 1 (after deleting last item on that page)
- end up on the last page, but the page link/header shows something like 'Showing -5--2 of 4' meaning you are on item #5 of a total of 4 items?
