Bug: a non-sequential order of 'rank' in 1.0 modules prevents item/container reordering

If the group of items (containers in particular) does NOT have a sequential order of the rank field (one is duplicated or missing), the reordering won't take place since the 'new' order is extrapolated up/down 1 rank from the current item...which fails if ANY of those ranks do not exist in the group.
