Bug: eCommerce PDF Download breaks in some scenarios

Because we output some styles/javascript for some billing calculators, when it'd done in an ajaxaction (such as building a pdf) it outputs that code to the top of the pdf output corrupting the pdf file. This only occurs when some of the billing calculators are active. And it only affects the 'Download PDF' action on the invoice view, we handle all other pdf downloads in a different manner with is unaffected.
