Bug: No Workflow indicators for inline-edited text

Though the styles were missing from bootstrap 3 framework styles (already fixed), we don't update/display any 'workflow' indicators when using inline-editing...might need to integrate that into the code...to be clear, Workflow DOES work under inline editing, just no feedback indicators (revision numbers & approval highlight)
