Feature request: update html5 shim/polyfill

We currently load several scripts with any form (always) and use jQueryUI for browser fallback widgets. Probably need to find a lighter method using yepnope.js or Mondernizr.js and use non-jQueryUI widgets. I have several variations working (for the most part) locally, but none seem to be a MUCH better solution than what we already offer.
