Feature request: update 'color' control to use new jquery spectrum control

Now that we've implemented 'spectrum' as the html5 fallback color control, we should use it in place of the yui3 control...this will also allow us to auto-insert a color control on the event module configuration so we don't have to build the control via ajax (time consuming)
