Feature request - Fix filemanagercontrol to restrict available files

Though we (correctly) limit available files to images only when displaying the 'insert graphic' button in ckeditor and for the 'quick add' feature, we display ALL files in the file manager when using the 'add files' button in the filemanager control/widget
