Feature request - Add 'formaction' param to buttongroupcontrol

We should take advantage of the 'formaction' attribute for submit type inputs (buttons) where each button can call a different script and default/fallback to the HTML4 form action attribute if not set.
We currently do stuff like this with jQuery/YUI
